COVID-19 Passengers' Obligations

At Sydney Group Transfer, our priority is the health, safety and wellbeing of our teams, drivers and our passengers. During COVID-19, we would like to invite our passengers to work together to keep us safe and make the journey enjoyable.

Arrive at the meeting point on time

Scan COVID Safety QR code when getting on the bus

Remain away from the vehicle as passengers enter the vehicle

Only 1 passenger should board and exit the vehicle at any stage

Face masks must be worn while travelling on buses

Follow driver’s instruction and remain seated in your allocated seats

Practice good hand hygiene

Cover your cough and sneeze, dispose of tissues properly and use hand sanitizer

Check that all passengers are present and sit in their allocated seating position

Please remain home and do not travel if you are feeling unwell

Please contact our company as soon as possible if there is any confirmed case of COVID-19 from your group after the trip.
